General Conditions for Austrian Hotel Sector:

Conditions are analogue the above mentioned rules and regulations. All prices are in Euro including 20% value-added tax based on year 2011 and are subject to alteration. An additional cleaning fee of EUR 5- per day is valid for a stay below 3 days. A empty bed fee for 3 days will be charged in case of a cancellation 4 weeks prior to the arrival date or for an too early departure. Because of our young guests we don't allow domestic animals in our house unless we can arrange a suitable placement in the barn or stable at a fee of EUR 10- per day.

All rooms are non smoking area.
